All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Digital Products

"The Preparation Guide" and other digital products are delivered electronically as PDF downloads. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Refund Policy & Money-Back Guarantee

Premium PDF Guide ($58)

Full refund available within 30 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the PDF. Once the PDF has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is considered final as the digital product has been delivered.

Insider Monthly Subscription ($19/month)

Full refund available within 30 days of your first payment. After the initial 30-day period, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, but no refunds will be issued for partial months. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Insider Annual Subscription ($149/year)

Full refund available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, and your access will continue until the end of your annual billing period.

Subscription Cancellation

You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. To access the portal, log in to your account and visit your subscription dashboard, or contact us for a direct link.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period, please contact us through our Legal Request Form with your order details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• PDF purchases where the file has been downloaded
• Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period
• Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us

8. Newsletter and Communications

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails containing educational content, market updates, and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

9. User Conduct
